🔸 Beshak zameen me Allah ta'aala ke ghar masjide'n he'n aur Allah ta'aala ke zimme haq he k Jo shakhs inme Allah ta'aala ki ziyarat ko jaye uska ikraam farmae'n.

🔸 Beshak Allah ta'aala ke gharo ko Abaad karne wale Allah ta'aala ke khaas log he'n.

🔸 Masjid lugat me Sazdagah ka naam he aur shari'at islaam ki istlaah me wo makhsoos jagah Jo Namaz ke liye waqf kar di jaye.

📚 Sharah Mishkaat-1/441.

🔸 Taamire Masjid sirf musalmano ka haq he, mushrikeen ko Tameere Masjid ka haq nahi.

Chunache musalmano per laazim he k kaafiro ko Tameere Masjid se rok de kyuki Masjide to Allah ta'aala ki ibadat ke liye banai jati he'n pas Jo shakhs kaafir ho wo inko Tameer karne ka ahal nahi.

📚 Tafseer Mazhari-4/146.

🔸 Gair Muslimo ki Tameer karda Masjid Masjide Zaraar ( jo Munafiko ne Tameer ki thi) he.

🔸 Kaafir Napaak aur Masjido me unka dakhila mana he.

" Ey imaan walo !  Mushrik to nire napaak he'n, pas wo is saal ke baad Masjide haraam ke qareeb bhi na aane paye.

📚 Surah Tauba-28.

🔸 Munafiqo ko Masjid se nikaal diya jaye,
Jo gair Muslim firqa munafqana tor per islaam ka daava karta ho usko Masjido se nikaal dena sunnat he.

🔸 inke zimme ye bhi laazim he k islaam me dakhil hone ke liye Toheed v Risaalat ki shahadat ke baad un tamaam Aqaaid v Nazriyaat ke baatil hone ka iqraar kare Jo wo musalmano ke khilaaf rakhte he'n.

🔸 Masjid ka qibla rukh hona islaam ka sha'aar he.

Jo shakhs hamare jesi namaz padhta ho, hamare qibla ki taraf moonh karta ho, hamara zibah khata ho, pas ye shakhs musalman he, jiske liye Allah ka aur uske Rasool ka ahad he, pas Allah ke ahad ko mat todo.

🔸 Mehraab islaam ka Sah'aar he.

Aur qibla rukh kisi alamat se maloom ho sakta he aur Shehro aur Abaadiyo me qibla ki alaamat wo Mehraabe he'n to Sahaba v Tabaeyn raziyallahu anhum ne banayi, pas bani hui Mehraabo me hum per unki pervi laazim he.

📚 Al bahr ul Raa'iq-1/285 .

🔸 Azaan.

Masjid me azaan Namaz ki Dawat ke liye di jati he, Azaan islaam ka buland tareen Sha'aar he aur ye k is Sha'aar me gumraah firqo ki mukhalfat ko malhooz rakha he.

📚 Fatahul Qadeer-1/16.

🔸 Madjid ke Minaar.

Masjid ki ek khaas alaamat Jo sabse numaya he, uske Minaar he'n,
Minaare Masjid ka doosra fayda ye he k Minaar dekh kar nawaqif aadmi ko masjid hone ka ilm ho jata he.

🔸 Goya Masjid ki maroof tareen alamat ye he k usme qibla rukh Mehraab ho, Mimber ho, Minaar ho, waha azaan hoti ho, isliye gair Muslim ki ibadat gah me in cheezo ka paya Jana islaam ki toheen he.

🔸 Maalik ki ijazat ke bager Masjid, Madarsa banana sahi nahi lihaza qeemat Ada karke jagah ko razamandi se kharida jaye.

🔸 Masjid ke masarif ke liye kharch karna bhi sadqa he.

🔸 Jaan boojhkar galat raqam Masjid ki tameer me kharch karne wale log gunahgaar he'n.

🔸 Jo jagah ba-qaa'ada masjid bana di jaye, wo hamesha masjid rahegi, uski haysiyat ko tabdeel karna sahi nahi he.

🔸 Masjid chahe kachchi ho ya pakki usko ya uske kisi hisse ko hataana aur us jagah ko kisi aur kaam me istemaal karna jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Ek Masjid ko abaad karne ke liye doosri masjid ko munhadam karna ya Taala daalna jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Tameeri nuqs se saff me ek taraf namazi bahut kam ho'n to bhi namaz makrooh he.

🔸 Qabristaan me namaz padhna mana he, lekin agar esi masjid ho jata jiske qareeb qabre ho usme namaz ho jati he.

🔸 Buliding me Jo kamra namaz ke liye makhsoos kar diya gaya ho uska hukm masjid ka nahi, na usme masjid ka sawaab milega.

🔸 Masjid me dakhil hone ki dua padhni chahiye fir agar kuchh log faarig bethe ho to unko aahista se salaam kaha jaye aur agar sab mashgool ho to salaam na kahe.

🔸 itni zor se salaam karna ke namaziyo ki namaz me khalal pade, sahi nahi.

🔸 Masjid me dakhil hone per agar kuchh log faarig Bethe ho to aahista salaam kehna chahiye agar faarig na ho sab mashgool ho to salaam na kahe,

🔸Namaziyo ke zimme iska jawaab nahi isliye dil me bhi jawaab dene ki zarurat nahi,

🔸 itni Zor se salaam karna k namaziyo ki namaz me khalal pade sahi nahi,

🔸 Masjid me dakhil hone aur nikalne ke waqt darood sharif pdhna chahiye,

🔸 Masjid me dakhil hote hue daya qadam pehle rakhe aur fir ye dua padhe,

" Bismillahi wassalatu wassalamu alaa Rasulullihi,
Allammaf ta'ali abwaba rahmatika, "

🔸 Aur masjid se nikalte waqt baya per bahar nikaale aur ye dua padhe,

" Bismillahi wassalatu wassalamu alaa Rasulullihi,
Allahumma inni as'aluka min fazlika,

🔸 Jo hissa namaz ke liye makhsoos he aur jis per masjid ke ahkaam jaari hote he'n, us hisse me dakhil hote waqt dua padhni chahiye,

🔸 Masjid ko hifazat ke liye raat ko taala lagana jaa'iz he,

🔸 Masjid ki Bijli vagera Namaz ke auqaat me istemal karna chahiye digar auqaat me ahle chanda ko mana karna sahi he,

🔸 Masjid me Sona Mo'atkif aur Musafir ke liye jaa'iz he doosro ke liye makrooh he,

🔸Jo log masjid me neend kare unko chataiyo per kapda bichha Lena chahiye taki pasine se farsh kharab na ho aur neend ki haalat me napaak ho Jane ka khatra na rahe,

🔸 Be namazi ko masjid ki comeyti me Lena sahi nahi,

🔸 Jo shakhs Namaz hi ka paband na ho uska masjid se kya ta'alluq,?

🔸 Masjid me duniyavi baate karna makrooh he, albatta zarurat ki baat masjid me kar lena jaa'iz he,

🔸 Masjid me sawaal karna ( bheek maangna) jaa'iz nahi,

🔸 ese logo ko masjid se bahar khada hona chahiye, lekin zarurat mand ki imdaad ke liye doosra Aadmi apeal kare to ye jaa'iz he.

🔸 Agar koi cheez masjid me padi hui mile uska elaan masjid me karna jaa'iz he, bahar kisi ki koi cheez gum ho gayi ho uski talash ke liye masjid me uska elaan karna jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Madarse ke liye Qurbani ki khale jamaa karne ka elaan jaa'iz he, lekin ye dhyan rahe k is elaan ki vajah se kisi namazi ki namaz me khalal na pade.

🔸 Namaze Janaz ka elaan to namaziyo ki ittela ke liye sahi he lekin gumshuda cheezo ka elaan jaa'iz nahi.

hadees sharif me iski sakht muman'at aayi he.

🔸 Masjid ki zarurato ke alawa masjid ka loud speaker istemal karna jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Masjid me Taqreer aur Dars chahe badi raato ( Shabe Baraat vagera) me ho ya chhoti raato me iske dauran sirf andar ke speaker istemal karna chahiye taki awaaz masjid tak mehdood rahe aur ahle mohalla ko jinme bimar bhi hote he'n pareshani na ho, Sunane ka nafa us waqt hota he jab sunne wale shoq aur ragbat se sune, isliye jin logo ko sunana maqsoos ho unko targeeb dekar masjid me laya jaye.

🔸 Masjid me mitti ka tel jalana ya badbudar cheez le Jana makrooh he.

🔸 Masjid ke vazu khane ka paani vazu ke liye makhsoos he iska mohalle walo ko le Jana durust nahi, albatta agar ahle mohalla ne aam logo ke liye lagaya ho aur paani le Jane ki ijazat ho to jaa'iz he.

🔸 Masjid ki diwaaro aur darwazo per ishtehar chipkana 2 vajah se najaa'iz he.

🔸Ek ye k masjid ki diwaar ka istemal zaati maqasid ke liye haraam he,
Doosri vajah ye he k Masajid ki tazeem aur Safai ka hukm diya gaya he aur masjid ki diwaar per ishtehar lagana iski be adabi he aur isko ganda karna bhi.

🔸 Kya koi shakhs  Governor house ke darwaaze per ishtehar chipkane ki jurrat karega?

🔸Aur kya usko iski ijazat di ja'egi,?
Aur kya koi apne makaan ke daro diwaar,darwaaze per mukhtalif ishtehar lagwana pasand karega?

🔸 Kya musalman ki nazar me Allah ke ghar ki azmat apne ghar ke barabar bhi nahi?

🔸 Yaad rahe khuda ke ghar ki abaadi shehar aur mohalle ki abaadi ka zariya he, aur khuda ke ghar ki Viraani hamare mohallo aur shehro ki viraani v barbadi ka sabab he.

🔸Masjid ko Guzargaah,Tafreehgaah aur ser siyasat ka mozu  banana najaa'iz aur gunaah he.

🔸Masjid me Photo Lena sabse badtar baat he kyuki ye kaam kai haraam umoor ka majmua he aur masjid ke adab ahatraam ke khilaf he.

🔸 Masjid ki raqam ka apne zaati istemal me laana jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Masjid se Quran Majeed uthakar laana jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Madjid me najis aur badbudaar cheeze lana jaa'iz nahi.

🔸 Qasdan ( Jaan boojhkar) Masjid se Joota tabdeel karna sakht gunaah he aur Jo Joota ya chappal bekaar padi ho aur unka masraf fenkne ke Siva koi na ho unko pehan Iene me koi muzaiqa nahi.

🔸 Chhote bachche jinke peshab pakhane ka andesha ho unko masjid me nahi laana chahiye aur Samajhdar bachcho ko laaye lekin unko adaab ki taleem deni chahiye.

🔸 Masjid ki zaa'id cheezo ki khareed farokht jaa'iz he, Kharidi hui cheez ka istemal jaa'iz he.

🔸 Masjid ke liye waqf shuda zameen per agar logo ne namaz shuru nahi ki to ye masjid nahi, isliye iski tabdeeli jaa'iz he, maslan ek jagah ke badle doosri jagah masjid banaya ja sakta he.
